Error encountered when pressing " Step 1: Collect"

Ensure all apps and devices are up to date
Ensure you have at least 0.04 ETH in your wallet

Error encountered after "Sleeping for 2.5 Minutes"

Ensure all apps and devices are up to date
Ensure you have added the Arbitrum One (Step 4) & Optimism (Step 7) network to your wallet. If using Metamask, having Arbitrum added on your mobile does not translate to the PC app, you'll need to add it there too

Frozen/Circling on any step for significantly longer than the advised wait time

Ensure there are no transactions waiting to be confirmed or approved
Ensure your wallet has not shut down or disconnected, and is still logged in
